Well The Green light inside the admin name doesnt match.I would try white text.

But overall it still needs some work.I would try getting som1 that you are friends with or something and making them a mod and you to fill up the site with tons of posts.

I think you should change the text color to something other than red because there is way too much red on the board. Something lighter perhaps?  |
